Benjamin C. Stidham is an attorney licensed to practice in the states of Georgia and Florida. Ben received his B.A. in economics from the University of South Carolina, his Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.
During law school, Ben served as an intern to Neil W. Putnam, Esq. where he received hands on experience working with clients who had been injured due to the negligence of others. After law school, Ben took a position with the Atlanta Law Group where he worked his way up from an Associate to a Partner. While at the Atlanta Law Group, Mr. Stidham worked with and advised small business owners in connection with corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts and similar matters.
In 2020, Ben made the decision to start The Stidham Law Firm, LLC. Ben saw an opportunity where he could put the experiences he took from Mr. Putnam and the Atlanta Law Group together to help more people and small businesses. Ben is extremely detail oriented and responsive to his client’s individual needs. Ben appreciates the opportunity to be of service to his clients to help them navigate the intricacies of their cases and formulate efficient and customized solutions for their situations.
In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his fiancée Megan, playing golf and watching the University of South Carolina Gamecocks. Mr. Stidham lives in Woodstock with Megan and their two (2) dogs Wrigley and Bella.
